Cilento in Flight is a unique zipline flying experience to be experienced: either solo, as a couple or with your children. At a speed of 120 kilometers per hour and a height above the ground of 300 meters, with an overwhelming rush of adrenaline you will cross one of the most beautiful gorges of the Cilento National Park.

Where does Cilento in Volo's zip-line flight start?

The Cilento in Volo zipline has as its starting place the village of Trentinara, on the slopes of Mount Cantenna, not far from Capaccio and Paestum. Precisely, the starting place is located in Via Panoramica.

Where does Cilento in Volo's zip-line flight end and how do we return to the starting point?

The flight ends at the Trentinara arrival station, which is on the opposite hill from the departure station. Once at the arrival station you will find a shuttle waiting for you that will take you back to the starting point.
Alternatively, if you are an enthusiastic trekker, it is possible to return to the starting point on foot via a trail that runs along the Solofrone Falls. It is recommended that you choose the hiking trail only if you are adequately prepared for a medium/high difficulty and a 7.6km long trail for an estimated 4 hours of walking time.

How to get to Cilento in Volo in Trentinara

Get to Cilento in Volo with the car
  • Departing from Salerno, take the A2 highway in the direction of Reggio Calabria, exit at Battipaglia, continue on the SS 18 in the direction of Paestum, exit at Capaccio Scalo and from there follow the signs for Trentinara.

Once you arrive at the site, it is recommended that you do not arrive by car or motorcycle all the way in front of the entrance to the facility, on Via Panoramica, as there is a ZTL (“Restricted Traffic Zone”) However, it is possible to park 150 meters before the entrance to the facility at a free municipal parking lot (white stripes) and conveniently walk to the facility.
